A guarantee for home-style food and delicious beer for many years. Of course you shouldn't expect top culinary achievements and every now and then you wait 5 minutes longer for the beer when there's a lot going on, but overall you can't go wrong here, even for the price quoted. Really decent brewery.

The Schmelzer Brauhaus is definitely worth a visit. Very friendly and attentive service (Saarlanders stop). Great selection of regional dishes and various rump steaks. Very tasty and highly recommended. We'll be back ... ??

Was there for the first time today. Food like salads (all fresh) were great, the only thing for man was sauce, too little beer was also great, next time we will say a little more sauce. Highly recommended, ambience as well as great value for money.

Been to dinner with the family, ordered 4 medium steaks and had to leave them all as they were raw. After a while new steaks arrived, which were then too well done. Even on the THIRD time let go back, the steak wasn't medium! And pay almost € 20 for something ?! And unfortunately that wasn't the first time something like this happened to us. Unfortunately, this was the case with 3 out of 4 visits. Rework the kitchen please!

We went to eat here for the third time today. To be fair, I have to mention that the last time (just before Corona) it was really great. However, in retrospect, I am annoyed that we spent our money there today. The garlic dip and the french fries A little less salt would have looked good (although I love salt !!) Service topic: Has never been really good but today the way in which you were NOT served made us feel very uncomfortable and not really able to enjoy our food. The young lady, who is actually only responsible for "unsubscribing", preferred to skilfully ignore my husband's calls. And no!!! She couldn't have missed it !! It is not the guest's job to find out which employee is responsible for which area. Please rethink the concept. Unfortunately we won't come back for now ... It's a shame!

Nice ambience, whether inside or outside. The service is very nice and experienced. The food was great (steak with different cooking points selected) and very quickly and freshly prepared. We love to go here, whether for two or a group

We actually like to go to the brewery to eat. Unfortunately, it is often the case that the quality of the food fluctuates greatly. Very often the salad consists only of "trim". Taste is always very different. Likewise, there are two beautiful schnitzel each time with the master brewer's portion and the third is always only half and often dark, mixed meat, actually I expect the third schnitzel of the same quality as the other two for the surcharge that I voluntarily pay. Otherwise there is actually not much "to complain about" since we also like to go there. Service staff is also very friendly. We also find the newly renovated area very stylish and modern.
